Returns

You may return items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the original packaging

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or worn items

  • Custom / made-to-order items

To start a return, contact us at astral.etn@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Please wait for approval before sending any items back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless:

  • We sent the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 7 days of purchase.
